Before contacting SEMrush you will need the following:
Your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc.), your mailing address, login, and a brief comment describing why you would like to be refunded.

Your request will typically be processed within 10 days of receipt of this claim. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
