Challenge

Client wanted a better website design, more features for their e-commerce operation as well as a better support team to help with optimizations of the website. Squarespace was not able to handle their product variant quantities or options available on each product page.

Solution

We helped the customer find an optimal Shopify theme, we put together a migration plan for them and transferred all their key data and assets over to Shopify. We then helped with the complete setup, as well as training on how to use Shopify.

Result

The customer has a much more functioning website with a lot better user experience for their visitors than ever before. The product pages are optimized now and their website is on its way to having a lot better conversions as a result. We still help the customer with support today.

Challenge

Client faced several challenges on their WooCommerce platform: outdated inventory data, poor website design & performance, difficult order management, costly plugins, & a lack of live chat and financing options at checkout. These issues hindered their organic reach, branding, and online conversions.

Solution

Transitioned their e-commerce platform to Shopify, cleaned up inventory and product pages, and optimized products for SEO training on the Shopify platform. Scope included data transfer, theme customizations, POS system, integration of third-party apps, and marketing consultation.

We were able to enhance their online presence with a streamlined, user-friendly design. The transition included seamless data transfer, improved order management, integrated live chat, Shopify POS, and financing options at checkout. This boosted site performance, customer experience, & awareness.

Challenge

The client had an old website on the Magento platform that was not converting well, crashing often, and other UX and UI issues for customers. Their POS system was different than the online platform and required middleware to sync inventory between retail and warehouse locations. (Sports apparel)

Solution

We helped migrate the client to Shopify Plus with a new website design and took them from 30 orders/day to 90+ per day the first week we launched them on Shopify! We've since been optimizing and simplifying their retail and online operations to this day.

Result

Higher orders per day, much better user experience on Shopify as well as a cleaner and simpler checkout process. Their retail location is also using Shopify POS now which has helped them eliminate the middleware software they had with their old POS system.
