Adobe Commerce Powers Partner Benefits and SSO

Adobe needed a partner-focused eCommerce platform that allowed partners to purchase benefits a la carte, redeem membership perks, and manage subscriptions with advanced functionality, including auto-renewal, cancellation, and pro-rating for mid-term changes. The site also required integration with Adobe’s IMS for single sign-on (SSO) and Workfront for seamless ticket tracking. Additionally, Adobe wanted pre-paid credit functionality and personalized subscription renewal emails.
Solution
Binary Anvil built a partner portal on Adobe Commerce with SSO integration using Adobe IMS. The site enabled partners to purchase benefits a la carte, redeem membership perks, and manage pre-paid credits. We implemented auto-renewal with cancellation options and pro-rated subscriptions for mid-term upgrades. The portal integrated Workfront for ticket tracking and included custom renewal emails, partner benefits, and product badges, providing a seamless and efficient user experience.

D&B Supply, with 15 stores each managing distinct inventories, needed an eCommerce platform that allowed customers to shop online and pick up items at their local store. The challenge required addressing complex inventory management by accurately sorting stock and determining salable quantities for each location. The platform also needed a seamless store switcher, BOPIS functionality, and integration with Adobe Commerce’s Multiple Inventory Source, while supporting both B2C and B2B experiences.
Solution
Binary Anvil partnered with D&B Supply to create a tailored Adobe Commerce solution for their 15 stores, each with unique inventory. A custom extension was developed to enhance Adobe Commerce’s Multiple Inventory Source, accurately sorting stock and determining salable quantities per location. The site features a store switcher, enabling customers to shop specific stores and use BOPIS functionality. Additional enhancements include a website redesign, product filtering, and MAP pricing display.
Result
Binary Anvil redesigned D&B Supply’s website for a modern, user-friendly experience with seamless functionality across all devices. We implemented a custom store switcher, allowing customers to shop specific stores with dynamic inventory checks to prevent cart issues when switching locations. Tax calculations were extended using AvaTax for store-based pick-up accuracy. Product detail pages were enhanced with downloadable materials, and multiple websites were created for B2C and B2B.
