Video Analytics: 

I’m really happy to announce there’s been a huge update to the Video Analytics section of SEMrush. Some of the highlights include extending our reach of data into the UK, a new report called Topics which allows you to harvest a set of categories as well as the ads that fall into those topical categories and, finally, we’ve added the option to switch to a list view as opposed to tiles. Make sure you watch the video above for a short walkthrough of these features.

SEO Ideas:

A very long-awaited feature has been added to the SEO Ideas tool! You’re now able to sync your Google Analytics accounts with SEMrush in order to generate new ideas based on our analysis of page-level data such as time on page and bounce rate.  

Keyword Analytics [Related Keywords Report]:

Our Related Keywords Report has a brand new column called Related Relevancy. This column is now the default level of sorting and puts the table in order of how “strongly” two keywords are related. This is based on the number of times one exact URL (not a domain) ranks for both keywords within the first twenty organic results. For example, if two different keywords produced identical SERP results, their relevance would be 100%.

Social Media Tool:

Last but not least, a few enhancements were made this week that allow you to either refresh or delete old security tokens directly within your campaign settings. It’s been a pain in the butt dealing with those pesky tokens so hopefully, we’ve made it a bit easier to deal. Additionally, we’ve now made it so that all of your competitors are plotted on the Engagement charts automatically within the Engagement Report. Makes sense right?!?!
