- Video Analytics: We've improved the style of the headers and added an automatically generated query suffix once you enter the Video Analytics Reports. This suffix appears in button form and ensures that any queries you make will keep you within the Video Analytics section. Unless, you click through to another report, of course.
- SMM Tool (projects): This week, we've added the new Audience Report. Quite simply, this report intends to help you visualize audience, engagement and activity trends amongst you or your competitors across all social media platforms that you've activated within the campaign.
- On August 27th, 2015, we stopped our USA data collection in order to upgrade our servers. The maintenance lasted a period of 24-48 hours. This lead to a 30 minute outage the next day. But, no worries, we're up and running once again.
- Of course, the saga of Position Tracking Maintenance continues. For a period of 30-45 minutes, some campaigns were not available but this has since resolved and we will continue to be as transparent and forthcoming as possible in the midst of all of this maintenance. Once again, thank you for your patience.
Customer Support – New Hours!
We've done it again! We'll now have an agent available on Sundays between the hours of 10 a.m.-6 p.m. EST. I've decided to attack Sunday for a few reasons. First, it allows us to "clean up" incoming cases or voicemails we receive after hours on Friday as well as Saturday. Additionally, it helps alleviate the heavy load that we incur on Mondays, which means we'll be processing your correspondences even quicker than before!
