Hi SEMrush'ers!

Here we are on the cusp of a major holiday in the US. But, before we run off to the beach and fire up the grill, I want to talk about some of the recent deploys on semrush.com, the overall health of the software and some insight into our customer success program here at SEMrush. Let's get started.

Video Changelog

 

This week's video demos a handy little addition to our Site Audit Pages Report that displays Internal Linking and Canonicalization metrics about the page you're analyzing. A quick change was also made to the top navigation on our SEO blog. You can now navigate directly to our Webinars and News sections from this menu.

SEMrush Health

On Monday, May 18th, 2015, we temporarily stopped gathering data in our United States database to EVEN FURTHER improve the accuracy of our data. I'm very happy to report that we've resolved a few minor bugs and are performing even better than we were before.

Position Tracking is functioning normally. US campaigns were not accessible on May 20th, 2015. This was a planned maintenance and we were back up and running within 15 minutes.

Customer Success: Events and Content

Lead Technical Support Specialist Joshua Pack attended the Conversion Conference in Las Vegas, NV. He had a great time and met many of our users and even more prospective users. He killed it out on the demo floor and we can't thank him enough for his efforts. You can expect to see more of our Customer Success team at many events to come.

Our content efforts are under way and we couldn't be more excited. I'll let you in on a little secret: we're gearing up to launch a full-blown Knowledge Base as well as creating and updating more of the Video Tutorials found at the top-right of each report in SEMrush. It's one small piece of a very large puzzle but the puzzle is coming together.

You're the man, Eric! I appreciate it. Hopefully I can keep up with this content each week. Personally, I think a rolling video change log is the perfect way to get the knowledge about the latest deploys to the public en masse.
