I’m in Love with a Tool: SEMrush Changelog, Health and More, 07/17/2015

Changelog

The SEMrush Video Changelog this week shows off our latest addition to the Projects Suite — (drumrollllllll) Social Media Tracking!

It's shown as SMM, or Social Media Management, but we're not managing anything at the moment. For a better idea of how it looks, please watch the embedded video. The tool tracks the activity, engagement, reach and audience of one primary domain as well as almost an endless amount of competitors. You may already have access to a lot of these, metrics but now you have them all in one place.

We've also updated the interface for "ordering" or exporting PDF files. The new system is much more user-friendly, but is currently only available on the Domain Overview and Position Tracking reports. Please keep in mind that only Guru and Business users have access to branded PDF reports. But, keep your eyes peeled because this update is only a precursor to something much cooler!

SEMrush Health

  • In the early hours of July 14, 2015, we performed a two-hour maintenance in our new Video Analytics reports. Nothing major, and it probably went unnoticed — status is normal here.
  • A slight hiccup in our Position Tracker on July 16, 2015: some data were missing. But, this was resolved very quickly and we collected any previously missed data. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused; operations are back to normal.

ClickZ Live: San Francisco 2015

In just a few short weeks, SEMrush Customer Success Content Manager, Michael Isaac will be representing the Customer Success department at ClickZ Live in San Francisco on August 11th and 12th. He'll be serving demos like hot cakes and rubbing elbows with the people we love the most. Make sure you stop by and meet him!

Let us know how we're doing — You can reach our Technical Support team Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm EST by phone at 855-814-4510 within the United States and, for our international users, 408-844-4633 from 4am-12pm GMT. We're also available by email at [email protected] during both of those business hours and on Twitter using the hashtag #SEMrushCare.
