I'm in Love with a Tool: SEMrush Changelog, Health and More, 09/11/2015

For the first time in many weeks, I actually have no public deploys to report. What a sad state of affairs! It's rare when this happens. But keep reading, because we still need to discuss SEMrush Health and more about this weekends scheduled Position Tracking maintenance.

SEMrush Health

  • Last week, I mentioned that we may need another 24 hours to bring the USA legacy database back to full speed. Well, we achieved that and are currently fully operational. However, we continue to monitor the situation from our side. Other than that, I have nothing positive or negative to report!

Planned Position Tracking Maintenance

On Sunday, September 13, 2015, there will be another round of maintenance done as we continue to migrate to new-and-improved servers with SSDs. Maintenance will begin at around 10 a.m. EST and is expected to last a while but if all goes according to plan it should be over on Sunday and shouldn't encroach on the work week.

During this time, some campaigns will not be accessible. Except this time around, I'm not talking about campaigns with USA geo-targeting. This maintenance will only affect campaigns that have been geo-targeted outside of the United States. We/I thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Let us know how we're doing — You can reach our Technical Support team Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. EST by phone at 855-814-4510 within the United States and, for our international users, 408-844-4633 from 4 a.m.-12 p.m. GMT. We're also available by email at [email protected] during both of those business hours and on Twitter using the hashtag #SEMrushCare.
