Hi everyone! Once again, you'll notice a lack of video this week because, although there were plenty of upgrades to SEMrush, they all happened in the back end. When this happens, it's usually changes to our billing systems or even product feature launches that aren't quite ready for public release. But rest assured, I'll have some really great stuff for you next week. Keep reading if you want to know more about SEMrush Health and upcoming conferences at which SEMrush Customer Success will attend.

SEMrush Health

  • On October 12th and 15th, 2015, we stopped our crawlers for campaigns on two servers for maintenance. There was an expected crawl delay for about 13% of all campaigns but our support team didn't experience such a strong impact. In fact, it may have gone unnoticed for the most part. Glad to say the crawlers are back up and running as of today.

ASCEND Digital Marketing Summit - Philadelphia, PA

  • Next week, from October 19th and 20th, 2015, ASCEND Digital Marketing Summit will be held in downtown Philadelphia, PA. Customer Success' own Mark Gorrell will be in attendance doing demos and showing off the latest that SEMrush has to offer. Our Marketing Director, Michael Stricker, will also be in attendance as Monday's Master of Ceremonies. It should be a great time, so stop by and say hi! Learn more about ASCEND 2015 here.
