Changelog [text version]
Updating the main dashboard you see after logging into is SEMrush is something we've wanted to do for a while and even now, it's nowhere close to being full realized but it's definitely a big step in the right direction. You'll notice an updated charts widget, community information to the right and information about your projects just above the fold. Let us know if you like it!
I love this feature and it's finally out of beta! However, you may notice...well, a notice...informing you that the My Reports section now adheres to the limits setforth by your SEMrush account level for the number of reports you can create/schedule. Most users may have gone over their limits during the open beta stages so we're giving you a grace period to figure out which reports you'd like to keep. If you have any questions about this, don't hesitate to let us know.
There have been a few updates to the Position Tracker this week. First and foremost, you'll notice a new header on the main report. Next, you'll be happy to know that the updating of your keywords' CPC and search volumes won't take as long as it used to because we're only triggering new data gathering when a keyword is added to your campaign. Finally users will also receive a warning notice when they try to remove a keyword from their campaign and we've fixed a major bug in exports from the position tracker.
Let us know how we're doing — You can reach our Technical Support team Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. EST by phone at 855-814-4510 within the United States and, for our international users, 408-844-4633 from 4 a.m.-12 p.m. GMT. We're also available by email at firstname.lastname@example.org during both of those business hours and on Twitter using the hashtag #SEMrushCare.
