I am helping build Electronic Arts knowledge graph, and to facilitate the growth of an intelligent content ecosystem at EA. My work includes the development of ontologies, taxonomies and content models using linked data standards. From 2005 to 2018 I worked as a search marketer, chiefly on enterprise sites and always with a focus on organic search engine optimization. My SEO career encompassed numerous industry verticals, including online gaming, news, ecommerce and video games. In the course of my SEO work I became increasingly exposed to the world of linked data, and developed an interest in - and, eventually, expert knowledge of - search engine-facing structured data, and in particular the schema.org vocabulary and its encoding syntaxes (microdata, RDFa and JSON-LD). Insofar as my knowledge graph work continues to intersect with these standards and search engines' use of them, I continue to be engaged in the realm of "semantic SEO" and its emerging frame, "answer engine optimization" (AEO).
