Welcome to Crowdfunding and Startup Week

Welcome to Crowdfunding and Startup Week

This week on the SEMrush Blog, we'll focus on crowdfunding and startups. We'll examine how a video game creator raised funds and continued to build a community around his game, look at lessons from the experts, explore the best content flow for a startup and learn about how startups can use crowdfunding.

We've asked successful startup leaders and marketing professionals with real crowdfunding experience.

Crowdfunding currently faces some growing pains. Campaign contributors have strong feelings about who should seek crowdfunding and crowdfunding platforms often change their focus as they grow. Additionally, Canada and the European Union begin to address how crowdfunding earnings should be taxed.

Check back at the blog each day this week to engage in discussion about these topics.

Do you have a question about crowdfunding and startup capital? Please leave your questions in the comments.
