SEMrush was designed to help speed up and facilitate daily online marketing activities, and easily monitor website’s performance.
Our Customer Success department is growing and seeking for talented Customer Success Specialist (English language), who will provide our customers with relevant information regarding SEMrush services in regions Asia and Australia, consult and educate users and help with issues resolution.
- Support users by e-mail, phone, social network and other sources;
- Educate our customers from basics to the full functionality to benefit from SEMrush services;
- Conduct demos and webinars;
- Provide internal departments and management with customers’ feedback;
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Understanding the SEO basics or readiness to learn more about it;
- A sense of humor;
