Account manager (App Center team)

We are looking for an Account Manager/Partner Development Specialist to join the Semrush App Center team.
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts (App Center current and potential partners).
Building and maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships.
Research and source new potential app vendors, pitching App Center offerings.
Overseeing partners account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Participate in developing a partner growth strategy and coach partners on gaining more revenue from the app.
Execute day-to-day partner management tasks: interact with partners, create win-win by matching partners’ needs, prioritize partners’ needs, answer questions, help with payments. Resolve partners’ complaints in an effective and respectful way.
Follow up with partners, provide and collect feedback and facilitate partnership processes to achieve an app integration and to meet the apps targets set for a time period.
Gather, report and communicate partners’ feedback on service, technology, and product delivery.
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics.
Ensure the issued partners’ commissions are delivered in a timely manner. Collaboration with the Finance team to make sure the partners get their commission counted right and paid out on time.
Collaboration with the Legal team to ensure the proper legal workflows.
Creation of the reports.
Track, analyze, and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners while prioritizing corrective measures when needed.
Perform other tasks as required.
What we expect from you:
Fluent English as must (C1/C2).
Previous working experience as an Account Manager or Partner Manager, preferably in SaaS business.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Attention to details and good active listening skills.
Technical literacy and experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Understanding SEO and Digital marketing will be an advantage.
Experience in customer services will be an advantage.
Solid experience with CRM software will be an advantage (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot).
Enthusiasm and motivation.
Maintaining the attitude that nothing is outside my job description.
Ability to work independently.

Flexible working day starts (between 9.00 and 12.00 am) with 5 working days (Monday-Friday).
