  1. Use Advertising Research to study your competitors' advertising strategies
  2. Use Keyword Gap to find gaps in your competitor's strategies that you can target
  3. Run the Keyword Magic Tool to find the best target keywords for your campaign
  4. Go to the PPC Keyword Tool and configure a campaign
  5. Upload your list of target keywords
  6. Set your campaign’s location at the regional and city level
  7. Place your keywords into groups
  8. Generate cross-group negatives, remove duplicates and “clean” your keywords

  9. Go to the Ad Builder
  10. Research your competition’s ads and use them as templates to write your ad copy
  11. Export your campaign plans from both tools and upload to Google Ads Editor
