When will my content order be ready?
The content writing process takes two steps:
- Creating a title and meta-description takes 2 working days from placing an order with completed brief details;
- Creating a content piece takes 10 working days from your approval of the title and meta-description.
How will I know that my title and meta-description are ready for review?

How many times can I request changes in the title & meta-description and the content piece itself?
You can request changes 3 times each for both title & meta-description and the content piece. If you have the Marketplace Premium subscription, the number of revisions is not limited.
What if I don’t like the content piece?
If you don’t like the content piece, you can request changes. You’re free to request changes 3 times. To do so, you should specify what you don’t like about the piece and how it should be improved.
How can I request changes in the content piece?
You can request changes right in the SEMrush Marketplace interface by leaving a comment specifying what you want to change in the content piece. A writer will introduce the corresponding changes.
Can I request a content piece with faster delivery?
You can make an express order once a month if you subscribe to Marketplace Premium.
Will my content piece be SEO optimized?
Yes, there is an option to order a content piece optimized for search engines. To make this possible, mention this requirement in the ‘Additional instructions’ field and specify target keywords in the ‘Target keywords’ field.
Can I make recurring orders?
At the moment there is no possibility to make recurring orders, however we’re working on expanding the SEMrush Marketplace functionality.

What languages are available for ordering content?
At the moment, you can order content in British and American English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. However, we will expand the number of available languages in the near future.
What kind of content can I order?
At the moment, you can order articles in British and American English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. Other content can only be ordered in English. We will expand the number of available languages in the near future.
Can I request a tailored image / infographic related to my article?
At the moment, we don't accept orders for tailored images. However, you'll receive a stock image related to your article's topic that you can use anywhere.
Can I order an article from the author I have ordered content from before?
Yes, on completing your order, you will be asked if you would like to order another piece from the same author. If you have the Marketplace Premium subscription, you can order an article from your favorite author any time in the ‘My Orders’ table.
How can I order several articles at once?
You can make bulk payments for an unlimited number of content pieces in just one transaction if you have the Marketplace Premium subscription.
Can I group orders for a domain or a topic?
Yes, you can group your orders for a domain or a topic if you have the Marketplace Premium subscription. To do so, use the Project creation feature.
I need to approve content with my colleagues or clients before approving it with an author. How can I do this?
You can share content with your colleagues or clients via white-label link if you have the Marketplace Premium subscription.
