Here at SEMrush we have decided to stop the development of the Facebook Ads tool. As a result, we are going to close all Facebook Ads report features on February 15th, 2013.
We infinitely value every single customer of our service and even though we realize that shutting down the report will hit a relatively small group of our users, we do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to those affected.
The decision to discontinue the report mainly stems from the fact that we were unable to bridge our differences with Facebook over its Developer Terms. However, we are receiving such a development in good spirits because it allows us to concentrate on our core business of organic and paid search analytics, as we continue to roll out new features almost daily and strengthen our position as a leading company in the field of SEO and SEM competitive analysis. Moreover, the core of our customers would even benefit in the immediate term because as a result, a considerable server capacity will be freeing up.
SEMrush is committed to the development of advanced and independent Internet marketing analytics. We consider Social Media Marketing (SMM) to be a vital part of our R&D effort, and we will continue to develop and introduce new social media reporting features in the future.
