We at SEMrush completely agree, even though, for instance, the new design of our recently updated Overview report in Display Advertising may not seem too ‘transparent’ to you. But there’s a good reason for it: in addition to a graphical redesign, we have added a few handy and easy-to-use improvements you won’t miss. Ready to check out what’s new? Let’s do it.
As mentioned above, the design of the Overview report has undergone some significant changes. Analytical data is now shown even more clearly and objectively: you now have all necessary controls at hand. Simplicity and flexibility is further reinforced by a few new widgets.
We have embedded a widget that shows a breakdown of the countries for which your analyzed domain displays ads.
Clicking on sections in this chart will take you to a detailed Ads report for the selected country.
Another handy feature whose name speaks for itself. You can now easily check out how ad campaigns are divided according to device.
Clicking on columns will again take you to a detailed Ads report with the selected device filter activated.
We’ve already had this widget embedded in previous versions of the Overview report. Now you will appreciate the new version, which is more illustrative.
In case you want to see a detailed report for a selected ad type, just click on the desired column.
Here’s another recently added widget, which allows you to see examples of HTML ads for your domain. This is a proper chance to learn what your competitors’ ad campaigns look like.
