Brand Monitoring: Domain Exclusion and Other Updates
The wait is finally over! We’ve added the option of Domain Exclusion, along with a few other updates, in order to provide you with more accurate search results and assist you in sifting through myriads of online mentions.
What is the thing we at SEMrush appreciate the most? It’s the notion that the results of our hard work will help you with your business or everyday endeavors. The addition of the Domain Exclusion feature has been among the most requested features ever since Brand Monitoring went into open beta. Now you can easily exclude your or any other domain from search results in order to find all relevant mentions.
This option is available via the modal window either when starting a new campaign or editing an existing one.
You can also exclude a specific domain through the main page’s interface (2).
After applying your chosen settings, you’ll see a notice at the top of the feed displaying the number of filtered results with the option of clearing those filter settings.
Additionally, you can now filter the results using Starred filtering (1), which will give you a list of your favorite mentions.
Along with the aforementioned updates is a campaign’s Settings icon, which has been moved to where your campaign’s name is and is now more visible in the interface — another thing you asked us to improve.
Let us know how you like these updates by sending us an email at bm@semrush.com. Thank you for helping us make SEMrush better!
