Meet our latest addition to the Position Tracking tool – the "Landing Pages" report. Now you can view a list of landing pages for your or your competitors’ domains along with data on various keywords those pages are ranking for.
When you’re ready to give the new report a go, start by selecting any domain, subdomain, subfolder or URL used in your tracking campaign from the dropdown menu and then clicking the OK button next to it. By default, a report is automatically created for your domain.
Please note that you can also get a report for absolutely any domain, subdomain, subfolder or URL that is not associated with your tracking campaign simply by typing it into the input box.
The Landing Pages report is structured in 4 separate columns:
Quite obviously, the URL column displays the web address for each landing page listed in the report. But there’s really more to it – clicking on a URL will show you every keyword this particular page ranks for. You can also view the page itself by clicking on the arrow icon.
Next is the Keyword Count column. Here you can see the total number of keywords a particular landing page is ranking for.
The Average Position column shows the average position number for all keywords the page ranks for. Clicking on a particular URL will let you see the precise position of each keyword (fig. A).
Finally, in the Total Volume column you can view the sum of search volume for all keywords.
To narrow down your search, you can filter all data in the report by date or tags (fig. B). You can also set the report to display all URLs or only new/lost ones and filter the results by a certain URL. If you need to go even deeper, use the Advanced options to filter all data by a certain keyword, volume or CPC (fig. C).
