Meet the new option for filtering Position Tracking tool reports by tags.
We know how important it is to be able to work with reports for branded and non-branded keywords separately, since your product’s promotion strategy may vary depending on that. With that in mind, we decided to revise the Position Tracking tool’s functionality.
Previously, users had to mark all branded and non-branded keywords in order to filter reports by a certain tag. Now you can filter your reports so that they will only include keywords that aren’t marked with any tags.
The ‘Tag Filtering Control’ button is now located near the other filtering controls.
Here’s how the 'Exclude' filter works: all you need to do now is mark branded keywords as “branded” and filter by this tag using ‘include’ or ‘exclude’, and to receive reports for branded or non-branded keywords respectively.
Simply clicking on the ‘-’ or ‘+’ signs, which appear when you hover over a tag, will filter your report by this tag. Holding the ‘Shift’ button while clicking on the ‘-’ or ‘+’ signs will filter your report by this tag.
The ‘Include’ and ‘Exclude’ filters can be used simultaneously.
You can also export filtered reports into a CSV or PDF file.
