It’s no secret that User Experience is an important ranking factor for search engines. Luckily, Google Analytics provides one of the best ways to monitor user behavior.
So here’s our new SEO Ideas feature: Google-Analytics-Based Ideas. Configuring it will help you understand a lot more about your users’ behavior, since it gathers data using two significant Google Analytics’ metrics: Bounce Rate and Time On Page.
If your site provides a poor user experience, it will decrease your chances of being successful in search engine results. If you do have such a problem, we will show you which pages you may need to make more attractive to your users using your Google Analytics data.
All you need to do is go to the SEO Ideas interface and select ‘User Experience Ideas’.
After clicking on the ‘Connect Google Analytics’ button you will be prompted to connect the Google Analytics profile for your domain. Then you’re done! All you need to do now is re-run SEO Ideas to get your updated data.
We hope you like this update. Please let us know if you experience any issues when connecting to Google Analytics, and feel free to share your ideas, comments and suggestions by emailing us at
