Krista is the Customer Engagement Strategist at SEMrush. In this role, she coaches all teams within the Customer Success department to develop strategies that strengthen customer engagement and client experiences. Over the last 5 years, Krista has trained hundreds of clients ranging from enterprise-level corporations to small local mom & pop shops all focused on one main objective… how to achieve actual digital marketing success with the use of SEMrush. With a knack for digital marketing and having that customer-centric mindset. Krista’s passionate about finding innovative ways to drive and retain our client base by coaching them to achieve real business results. She’s a coach, mentor, and most importantly a digital diva!
