Martha van Berkel

Martha van Berkel is the Co-founder and CEO of Schema App. Schema App is a software as a service that empowers digital marketers to do schema markup at scale, with speed, across any web platform. Martha's passionate about helping digital marketers understand the value of schema beyond Google Rich Results and specifically how to re-use schema markup to bring more value to an organization - through enhanced analytics, chatbots or onsite search. Prior to Schema App, Martha worked at Cisco for 14 years. Her last role was a Senior Manager responsible for the global online support strategy and opening Cisco's services APIs. She has a degree in Applied Mathematics and Engineering, attended MIT for Innovation and Strategy, and is a hockey-playing Canadian. When not talking schema, she likes to go for hikes with her kids and drink bullet-proof coffee.
