Andy has nearly 2 decades of marketing experience working in both the private and public sector including one of the largest retailers in Europe, specialising in delivering category performance improvements and company wide IT systems change. After starting his SEO career as a side hustle, Andy enjoyed it so much he decided to jump in full time, joining Exposure Ninja in 2016. Since then Andy's been involved in hundreds of campaigns ranging from small local businesses to multinational giants and everything in between. After progressing to head of SEO Andy now focusses his attention on developing, implementing, and improving SEO processes such as technical auditing, UX auditing, structured data management, and creating campaign strategies as well as guiding and supporting the personal development of his team.
