How do you upload Google Business Profile products?

Uploading Google Business Profile products is a straightforward process.

  1. Make sure you’ve signed into the Google account you use to manage your Business Profile (formerly known as a “Google My Business listing”).
  2. Access your Business Profile on Google by searching for your location in Search. This will bring up your Business Profile dashboard.
  • Select “Edit products” from the dashboard menu.
  • On the product editor page, click “Add products.”
  • Add a clear and enticing product name, category, product description, price, and a high-quality image.
  • Finish with a link to the product landing page if you have one (this will add a button as a call-to-action. You can use a UTM link to track activity in Google Analytics).
  1. After you’ve added your products, double-check spelling, pricing, and the URL linked to the CTA.
  2. Once satisfied, click "Save" to add the product to your Google Business Profile.

While it is possible to edit your Business Profile via the Google Maps app, it’s not possible to add products this way.

Keep your product listings updated regularly. Monitor performance to see which products are getting more traction and make necessary adjustments as needed.

How do you edit a Google Business Profile product?

Editing a Google Business Profile product is even simpler than adding a new one from scratch.

  1. As with adding a product, make sure you’ve logged into the Google account you use to manage your Business Profile.
  2. Look up your location in Google Search to bring up your Business Profile dashboard.
  3. Select “Edit products” to open the products tab.
  4. Choose the product you want to edit.
